Exclusive Plan Example: If you purchase exclusive player coverage for Dalvin Cook, Tyreek Hill, and George Kittle under the 7 missed games plan (reference the yellow highlight), then any of those players must individually miss 7 games for the policy to be paid out

A package of players must miss a combined amount of remaining NFL regular season games for the policyholder to be Paid Out
Combined Plan Example: If you purchase combined player coverage for Dalvin Cook, Tyreek Hill, and George Kittle under the 12 missed games plan (reference the yellow highlight), then the 3 players combined must miss 12 games for the policy to be paid out
